How do I use them and how often?

Tear open a sachet to reveal two strips. Place the smaller strip on your bottom teeth and the larger one on your top teeth. Leave for 30 minutes, then peel off and rinse. Use for 7 days for one cycle, with 14 more strips for additional touch-ups.
