As a Mask: On clean, damp hair, apply a generous amount, cover with a plastic cap, and leave on for 10 to 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water. To enhance its effects, it can also be applied to dry hair before washing.

As a Conditioner: On clean, damp hair, apply a sufficient amount from roots to ends and detangle. Gradually add water and squeeze the hair from the bottom up to allow it to absorb all nutrients and water. Then rinse.

As a Leave-In: On clean, damp hair, apply a small amount and distribute from roots to ends. Do not rinse.
