The clipper comes equipped with precision ground self-sharpening blades and an adjustable taper lever. Our POWERDRIVE heavy-duty motor delivers exceptional power for no-snag cutting. This powerful electric clipper cuts through the thickest of hair with no snags or pulls.

When should I oil my blades?

The blades on your new clipper should be oiled every few haircuts. For best results, place three drops on front of each blade and one drop on each side of the blade. Use only Wahl Clipper oil (a small bottle is included in this kit)

Why is there hair on my new clippers?

Wahl does not send out any "used" hair clippers. A likely source of the hair-like fibers are shavings from the blade guard that is attached to the clipper blades for protection.

My clipper is loud, how do I adjust the power screw to reduce the noise?

You will need a screwdriver and to locate the screw on the right side. Turn on your clipper and turn the power screw in a clockwise direction until you hear a noise. Then slowly turn power screw in a counterclockwise direction until the noise stops.

Can I use my clipper internationally?

No, this clipper has a USA style plug on it and is designed for US outlets only.
