It is fully waterproof for wet or dry grooming.

Does the light change color?

No the light will blink when charging and then turn solid when fully charged.

Why is my trimmer head rattling?

Make sure the head is attached correctly with the thumb screw fully tightened. Make sure to not over tighten, it should only take about a 1/4 turn to lock on.

What do I do if my trimmer will not turn on?

The trimmer comes with a travel lock turned on. All you have to do is hold down the button for 5 seconds to turn the travel lock on and off.

Does the trimmer come with a wall plug?

No, this trimmer comes with a USB cord.
