Simply shampoo with a NON-CONDITIONING shampoo, towel dry, and then apply 3-4 pumps of Mark Polin Essence to shorter hair, 5-6 for shoulder and 7-8 or more for longer hair, comb, and style or air dry your hair. One bottle contains 360 pumps.
