Product description
The world of clippers will never be the same. Since the beginning of time barbers and stylists have wanted a clipper that was the size of their hand, acting as an extension of the arm. The Instinct Metal Edition hair clipper not only has an incredible compact size but has faster blade speed and more power than any clipper before. Instinctually, the Instinct knows to increase torque and power to combat any thickness, texture, or length of hair effortlessly.
STYLECRAFT, THE ART & SCIENCE OF STYLING.
The turbocharged IN2 Vector motor with intuitive torque control idles at 8,500 and speeds up to 11,500 RPM to adjust for resistance.
The battery life of the Instinct Clipper can last up to 2-hours, but the actual duration may vary based on the usage of the Intuitive Torque Control and the amount of torque applied.
The metal body absorbs vibration and is quieter. 3 modular body kits with transparent motor showcase option along with assorted click or floating taper levers options are included in the box.
Once turned on or while charging, the power button will illuminate in blue. Once charging is complete the light will turn off.
Battery Maintenance Tips
Charge Fully Before First Use ? Allow your clipper to fully charge for 3 hours before first use to optimize battery life. Avoid Overcharging ? Disconnect the charger once the battery is full to prevent long-term battery degradation. Store at Room Temperature ? Extreme cold or heat can affect battery performance. Ideal storage temperature: 50¡ÆF ? 85¡ÆF (10¡ÆC ? 30¡ÆC). Use Only the Included Charging Cable ? Using non-compatible chargers can impact battery efficiency.
Blade Lubrication & Cleaning
To keep your blades sharp and ensure a smooth, snag-free cut, regular maintenance is key!
Lubricate Before Every Use ? Apply 3?5 drops of blade oil before and after each use. This prevents overheating and extends blade life. Clean After Every Use ? Use the included brush to remove hair debris and wipe with a dry cloth. Deep Clean Weekly ? Remove the blade assembly once a week and use a few drops of blade cleaner for a thorough clean.
Troubleshooting & Performance Tips
Issue: Clipper Feels Louder Than Expected The IN2 Vector Motor runs at high torque for peak performance, which naturally produces more sound than standard rotary motors. Ensure the blade is properly lubricated to reduce friction noise.
Issue: Clipper Overheating Regularly oiling the blade minimizes heat buildup. If overheating occurs, let the clipper rest for 5 minutes before resuming use.
Issue: Battery Not Holding Charge Confirm the charger is properly plugged in.
If battery drain persists, perform a full charge-discharge cycle (fully charge, then let the battery drain completely before recharging).
