How to turn on my Palm Face Clean Pro?

Hold (for around 2 seconds) the dedicated ":S" button located in the front of your device to turn on the cleansing device. Tap the same button to cycle among the three modes of use.

How do I properly care for my device?

For optimal results and cleanliness, always clean your face brush thorougly before and after every use and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. Store your facial brush in a cool, dry place with proper ventilation to ensure optimal product hygine.

How do I activate the built-in travel lock?

On the back of your device, there is a "O" button located near the charging pins. Tap the button 3x to activate/deactivate the travel lock. Happy travels!
